Customers are welcome to collect their purchases from our workshop near Bramley – RG26 5FL. However, since the site is secured from general access, please phone ahead before visiting
For orders over £100 delivery is offered free of charge within 10 miles of our workshop for smaller orders/longer distances up to 50 miles, delivery is charged at £15
For customers not located nearby, please call to either arrange collection or set up a courier collection service.
Please note that international shipping is not currently available, but could be arranged by yourself if required.
Products in regular sizes such as Fence Panels and some standard sized gates can be returned at customer cost. However please note that a 20% restocking fee is applicable on all purchases
Items such as Gates and Pergolas that are built to customer specifications cannot generally be reused/resold and therefore cannot be returned. If there is a problem with your order please get in touch
It is our expectation that you are completely happy with your order and if for any reason that is not the case, every attempt to rectify the situation will be made.
The following questions are common from our customers
That very much depends on the size of the order and whether or not sufficient materials are in stock to make the items you require. However an estimate of completion time will be given along with any quotation.

We don’t have an order tracking capability just yet, but please feel free to contact us direct.
For large items such as driveway gates and pergolas we can send photos of the items during construction if required
Our workshop is open and delivering customer orders all year round
If you are collecting your order, please inspect it at the time of collection. For any items that are delivered to you, although rare, damages can happen in transit.
In most cases such damage is rectified during delivery, but if this is not possible we will agree on the best course of action at the time.
